Areas of Responsibility
- Responsible for areas of accounting, personnel, facilities, and technology for 2 urban schools
- Oversee and perform daily financial activities, including reporting, accounts payable and receivable, cash management, and investments
- Responsible for budget preparation and control, financial analysis and forecasting, and annual financial audit preparation
- Develop, implement, and maintain internal financial reporting systems, financial controls, and school’s business policies and procedures
- Support School Directors in problem solving, procedural issues, budgeting, and risk management
- Oversee the development and maintenance of the school’s personnel policies and procedures

The Board of Education of Regina Catholic Education Center, a PreK-12 program of parishes within the Diocese of Davenport, invites candidates who are practicing Roman Catholics to apply for the new position of President. The Regina Catholic Education Center is inaugurating the President/Principal model of Administration effective July 1, 2008.
The President is the Chief Executive Officer and, as such, has the general charge of overseeing the entire educational program, including religious education, and the development and finance matters of the Center. The Elementary and Junior-Senior High School Principals report to the President who is responsible to the Board of Education. La Salle High School offers a Catholic co-educational program for students of the San Gabriel Valley and its surrounding communities. This 50 year old secondary school sponsored by the De La Salle Christian Brothers seeks a Director of Institutional Advancement to lead an effective department starting as soon as possible.
The Director of Institutional Advancement is responsible for formulating and executing a coordinated program of fundraising, marketing, enrollment management, and public relations. Primary responsibilities of the Director of Institutional Advancement include:
- Developing and sustaining constructive relationships with key constituents including prospective and current parents; alumni, faculty, local parishes and benefactors as appropriate;
- Fulfilling the school's potential to acquire major gift support;
- Achieving and sustaining optimal enrollment objectives;
- Generating favorable attention for the school through a comprehensive marketing program.
The Director Institutional Advancement is a member of the school's senior staff and reports to the President of the school. The ideal candidate will have at least five years of relevant experience, preferably including major fundraising and/or marketing. S/he will have a successful track record in designing and implementing short-term and long-term plans, and in providing leadership to professional staff.
